FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is quoted after a short chat about your goals, pages and features. You get a fixed scope, timeline and price in writing before any work starts. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Where are you based, and does the time difference matter?

We work from Solo (Surakarta), Indonesia, on UTC+7. That overlaps well with Australian business hours, and we schedule morning or evening calls for clients in the UK and US.

Do you build on WordPress?

Yes. We build WordPress sites (including WooCommerce stores) so you can edit content yourself. For simple sites that need maximum speed, we can also build a lightweight static site.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. You get admin access and a recorded handover video. If you would rather not touch it, our Care plan covers updates and small edits.

Do you guarantee followers or sales from social media?

No. Nobody honest can. We commit to clear deliverables: a content calendar, designed posts, captions, scheduling and a monthly report.

How do payments work?

Projects are split into milestones, agreed in writing. We can invoice through international payment services that suit you.

Do you use AI?

We use AI-assisted tools to speed up drafts and routine work. A human reviews every page, post and caption before you see it, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Are the portfolio sites real businesses?

No. Saltbush House, Kawung & Co. and Brightpath are demo websites we designed to show what we build for each industry. They are clearly labelled as demos.
